Almost certainly was at Cinc Sentits in Barcelona. Everything on the tasting menu was amazing. I still think about the foie gras torchon with violet marmalade and almond crocant.

A beef pasty and a Cactus Cooler at the Pasty Kitchen in Los Alamitos, CA. That is always my first stop when I go back to Orange County.
