Final Date Night in WLA

It was pouring down rain and we wanted something comfortable. A friend had given Dh a nice bottle of white so we went to Tara's (next door to Thai Boom) b/c we like their food and corkage is $6. Maybe I can get momos and chicken sekuwa in the Bay but they certainly tasted good on a chilly, wet night. Thanks.

Final Date Night in WLA

DH accepted a job offer in SF and we are moving to the East Bay next weekend. We've already celebrated at Fraiche so we're looking to do an inexpensive date (no more than 18-20 pp sans wine) of something that is either uniquely LA or hard to find in Berkeley. We live in Mar Vista and don't want to spend the whole date on the road. Date is scheduled for Saturday.

Delivery options for Palms/Culver City

Due to pregnancy complications, I'm on bed rest for the next few months. DH can't cook (unless you count Mac & cheese or fried eggs). We're doing a lot of Trader Joes premade meals, In & Out and pizza. But I need greater variety.
