Best espresso drinks in Torrance 90503 I heard there is an Italian market in Torrance, you could try getting true Italian coffee beans or even trying Vietnamese coffee at a Vietnamese restaurant...? |

best chinese bakery you need to know JJ Bakery is always good, they have 3 locations that I know of... HH, Torrance and Arcadia. There is also Jin Patisserrie in Rowland Heights, off Colima in the Ranch 99 market shopping center. The baker studied in France and their stuff is a notch higher than JJ Bakery. Their pastries seems fancier and prettier. There is also Cathy's Bakery with a few locations in Arcadia, Temple City/Alhambra that is not fancy, but good. There is also a good bakery next to Red Ants Cafe in Monterey Park, I can't think of the name, but their Pineapple buns are the best that I have tried. Now I am getting hungry. |

Thanks for the posting! I am also going to try Dr. Bob's! I had his ice cream for the first time last week at Kellogg Ranch at Cal Poly's restaurant! It was delish! |

Burmese-Den Bao Rice-Inland Empire?? anyone know of where to order this dish.. it is like a fried rice but Burmese style, called Den Bao. I may be spelling it wrong... It is a Burmese fried rice dish with basmati rice, saffron, chicken. I have had this as a home made dish thru a friend, but it isn't always easy to get. This is such a wonderful rice dish.. I love it. It is also served with a side of cucumber salad (has vinegar on it) and some spices. There is a version of this in Little India in Artesia, but not the Burmese style I am looking for. **This is my first time posting, but used this site before for good recommendations.** Thank you in advance! p.s. INLAND EMPIRE location would be ideal. |
