Wine, almost always of the red persuasion, though I also have an affinity for things with bubbles.
I really wish I could:
Bake. I just don't seem to have the attention span to do all those precise measurements without improvising, which we all know usually screws up baked goods.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Not exactly a dish, but something centered around scallops. There's nothing like a gorgeous sea scallop plainly and perfectly seared...you can't go wrong from there.
