Mongolian hotpot?

There is a place in the SGV, in that Asian plaza with the big 99 Ranch Market, that's very good. I can't think of the name now, though.

Does anyone have any recommendations on other Mongolian hotpot restaurants throughout L.A.? The red spicy soup is particularly tasty.

Thanks!

Best fresh salsa and chips restaurant?

I just tried the Superior chips...you are SO right, thanks! Absolutely delicious. I saw a lemon flavored bag. I wonder what other flavors they have on other days?

Best fresh salsa and chips restaurant?

Hi,

I'm looking for a Mexican restaurant in L.A. (anywhere, really, but preferably the west side or SGV) that has good fresh salsa and homemade chips and generally good Mexican food. Babita's is a little too expensive, though. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Lunch at The Ivy suggestions

What's the average price of an entree there (e.g., the salad)? I've always wondered.

Where to get colorful macaroons in SGV or close?

Hi,

I'd love to know if there's a place to get those colorful macaroons (like the kind sold at Jin's in Venice) anywhere within closer driving distance to the San Gabriel Valley. Pasadena, Alhambra, etc.?

Thanks! :)
