Well - as I am 73 years old it's difficult, but I and my husband ate a memorable dinner at a 1-star restaurant in Verona just after our gold-wedding day in august 2005.
My current drink of choice:
For the daily dinner: Lindeman's bag-in-box Shiraz + Cabernet Sauvignon. For a special occasion: One of our good Gigondas or northern Rhône or Burgundy wines

Pasta. Chocolate truffles

My own loose-leaf book with recipes cut from magazines and papers through nearly 50 years. Elisabeth Davids French country cooking. And an old danish cookbook (Miss Jensens), dating from 1901, handed down from my husbands grandmother.
