Mofongo in Puerto Rico, Montaditos at Quimet and Quimet in Barcelona, Hot Chocolate in Barcelona, Leek and Chestnut Soup and Roasted Chicken in Paris, Burrata at Ditirambo in Rome, Pizza at the Antico Forno at the Campo di Fiori Piazza in Rome, the Beef Cheek and ANY Desserts at MIchael's Genuine in Miami.... oh and street food in NYC!!!!!!!!!!!!

My current drink of choice:

Nursing a baby right now.... only sips of my husband's red wine at the moment... LOL

I really wish I could:

Live in Barcelona or a little town in France, take vacations to the west coast (USA) with a visit to Paris here and there...ah...food heaven...

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

These days with a new baby I buy desserts at Epicure in South Beach to bring to other people's dinner parties!!!!!!!

My favorite comfort food:

My fiance's meatloaf...and I'm not even American. Although Indian food is pretty up there too...

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

In Miami: Michael's genuine Food and Drink, Buena Vista Bistro, Sardinia, Matarelo, Pho Tang, Heelsha (although haven't visited in a while), and Jimmy's East Side Diner! Overseas: I still have dreams about Quimet and Quimet in Barcelona...

My most tattered cookbooks:

Love The Art of Simple Cooking but I mainly go for Cooks Illustrated Magazine and other similar magazines and the Internet!
