just one? arghh. a spicy szechuan meal in shanghai that was so hot it made me cry. i had it twice. or yakitori under the train tracks in tokyo. or just about anything my mom has ever cooked, but especially her potstickers.

red wine. a good arnold palmer. passionfruit mojito from charanga.
I really wish I could:
eat more than 3 meals a day. especially when i'm traveling.

nigella's short pasta with lemon and asparagus travels well and doesn't have to be reheated.
