Sauteed Salmon Filet - Cafe La Ruche, Georgetown DC I don't actually know why.
My current drink of choice:
Just Wine and more wine and perhaps lemonade - Chardonnay, Great Chardonnay of course but really it always comes around to Chardonnay. Reisling is good... Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignons , Malbec - I do like Malbec . Some critic recently regarded all Chardonnay as "Rotgut" Not actually. Admittedly the cheap stuff is "up your nose" strong, a headache in a glass (no - not the whole bottle) but the best of it all is really amazing.
I really wish I could:
Eat more without gaining weight. I adore cooking but the consumption of it all, I just can't. So I never make desserts, I rarely make the heavier classics - not that I'm all about Atkins or anything but I realy cannot eat heavy food without it turning up in the mirror.....
