Best meal I ever ate:

I cant tell you what the restaurant was called, but while studying abroad in Rome, an Italian acquaintance took me to a tiny trattoria just outside Vatican City where we had a five hour, ten course lunch that can only be described as amazing

My current drink of choice:

a cool glass of sauvignon blanc

I really wish I could:

go to culinary school

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

hors d'oeuvre: slices of goat cheese marinated in pepper corn/thyme infused olive oil, sprinkled with slivered garlic and fresh basil chiffonade

poached eggs on toast
