Best Pasta Bolognese?

I love good bolognese, but find it hard to find the straight-forward aromatic mixture of beef, veal, and pork I remember from Northern Italy. Any suggestions? Especially Upper East Side? Thx

VEGAS - I need Advice from Those in the Know

Il Mulino's outpost at Caesars Forum Shops is deeply delicious traditional northern Italian. Their veal chop is charred-to-perfection; the truffle ravioli and papardelle bolognese are approximately as good as they can be.

Capriotti's--good cheesesteak?

Hey, on cheesesteak.com (I'm a serious cheesesteak hound) they give good marks to Capriotti's. Any thoughts?

Rao's Las Vegas in Caesars

If you want the best New York italian in Vegas--it's not Rao's. It's Il Mulino at Caesars Forum Shops. Rao's is way overrated. Il Mulino's truffle ravioli, pappardelle al pesto, and veal chop are unbeatable. That is if you can still eat after their incomparable gratis appetizers (especially the spicy zuchini, garlic bread and hunks of fresh Reggiano).

Any can't miss items at Bouchon LV ?

Believe it or not, they have the most delicious posible pistachio ice cream.

Mo's Burgers?

Anyone have the lowdown on Mo's. I'm visiting from NY and was told they're great. Also, any other burgers, sandwiches, pizza, tacos...
