Inaki Aispitarte/ Famille or Le Baratin?
Try le baratin, you'll be surprised, nothing fancy but real top ingredients cookied the best way (3, rue Jouye Rouve, 20eme) you need to book in advance : 01 43 49 39 70 and even with a booking you'll have to wait for... (the time to kill a couple of bottles of red), and then you'll get what's been cooking by Raquel.
Le Jules Verne
They've lost their single michelin star (which is normal when there is a change) should be interesting to try, as Ducasse is going to give his best to this institutional place...
Inaki Aispitarte/ Famille or Le Baratin?
Inaki took over le chateaubriand 9 months ago, I had lunch last week, it was really great (marinated fish on 'mashed celeriac/carot', lamb filet). The diner offer changing avery month, consist of a choice between 3 appetizers, 3 main courses, 3 desserts, for 39 euros (not to miss). Le Baratin where I had diner the night before, was really 'something', the chef (Raquel) is cooking classical bistro dishes (terrine, oxtail, leg of lamb...) just amazing, for me it's just the best bistrot in Paris.
