The Mother's Day breakfast-in-bed prepared for me last year by my 5-year-old daughter. Second place would be a vegetarian multi-course feast custom-prepared for me at a four-star restaurant in France. I never make a big deal of my vegetarianism but one of my dining companions pointed out to the waiter that I eat no meat -- next thing I knew the chef himself kept zipping out of the kitchen to ask (translated for me) if I ate eggs, dairy, etc. -- and as everyone else was served their omnivore's meals, I received these exquisite, utterly delicious dishes custom-made for me, not off the menu.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
A pasta primavera with a fresh tomato sauce. Flavors meld impeccably and the presentation is stunning; my most-sophisticated foodie friends have all oohed and aahed.
