Poutine and Tarte au sucre! why did I have to leave quebec? And why can you only find those fat filled delights there!? I have tried and tried to master a recipe for tarte au sucre(sugar pie) but can never get it right. If anyone knows of a great recipe or a bakery from quebec city or possibly even Levis, please get a hold of me!
