Where can I find a 'Big Night' style timpano pan?

Does anyone know where I can find a timpano pan like the one used in the movie, 'Big Night'? They look to be about 6 quarts with rounded edges and a flat bottom. They appear to be much lighter than a dutch oven, but about the same shape. Simple internet searches yield nothing. Thanks!

Milk-Ball Bricks in Kyrgyzstan

I'm new to posting on Chow and didn't realize that posting a link to a story I wrote on the same topic was prohibited. Is there any way to delete postings? Sorry!

The Basics: How to Make Roasted Chicken Breast

Now that's a weeknight meal. I like to cook baby carrots glazed in chicken stock, butter, salt, and pepper as a quick and easy side dish to pan fried or baked chicken breasts. It takes about 20 minutes for the chicken stock to reduce to a glaze -- about the same time it takes for the chicken breast to cook -- and is a quick and elegant side.

Milk-Ball Bricks in Kyrgyzstan

Your lead sums up my experience in Kyrgyzstan well. The country is staggeringly beautiful but it's hardly a culinary destination. That said, I was amazed with how willing the Kyrgyz people shared their food when they have so little. Here's the link to a story I wrote with photos from Osh and Jalalabad. I didn't get to try aaruul, but I did get the opportunity to dine with the Kyrgyz. What an experience!
