in the jungle about 4 miles south of Puerta Vallarta, the restaurant was built into the mountain by a waterfall...the lunch was a glorious seafood platter, freshly caught...we ate and drank and watched the businessmen from the town being served drinks at the water...this was a favorite place for them to swim, drink and then eat....glorious!

Pasta with cheese...parmesan, gruyere, old cheddar...sauteed in cream, a touch of chicken broth , with fresh ground pepper and sea salt....Dessert would be a fruitplate...green grapes, fresh pineapple and papaya....."un peu de vin" or cran/orange juice, iced with half a squeezed lemon...
