Best places to buy fresh seafood in Oahu

Hi,
We're a party of foodies staying in Haleiwa for 5 days and plan to cook/grill at home. We'd like to know where we could get fresh local seafood and markets that carry local produce. Preferabley in the North shore area, but we are happy to drive anywhere for good seafood.
Thanks,

Anything new & fab at Orris?

The Lamb Carpaccio and the Pork Tenderloin is always my favorite, but the squash blossom tempura on the fall menu is pretty innovative- it's a Japanese style tempura stuffed with shrimp filling and dressed with Chinese flavored sauce.

Is a rice cooker worth it?

If you are picky about your rice, I'd go for Zojirushi or Tiger brand. They've always been known in Japan for their performance. The expensive ones have more cooking options and the non-stick inner pot tends to be thicker and cooks rice evenly.
If your budget allows, I highly recommend models that adjusts cooking temperature & timing based on the type of rice. It makes a big dfference if you cook different types of rice.

3 Square Cafe + Bakery on Abbot Kinney now opened

It was worth going through the long parking hunt - The Crab Soufflé I had for the main course was amazingly flavorful and not to mention the warm Pretzels!

Californian Wine Bar?

Can anyone recommend me a good wine bar in Los Angeles Area? I just moved from NYC and was quite disappointed with the fruity flavorless Californian wines I had in many restaurants in LA so far, but I am so close to the wine region of the new world. There's got to be good wines out here! To begin my search, I was hoping to try the local wine bars. Any recommendation would be appreciated, if they serve good bar food, better.
