A week spent in New Orleans for business 12 years ago. The whole week of food was pure heaven and has yet to be topped!

elbow macaroni with butter & room temp. tomato sauce (whitetrash cooking at its best!) Okay that and Toutiere on toast (French Canadian pork spread)
