Best meal I ever ate:
At a restaurant on the edge of the Chao Praya river in Bangkok. I really wish I could remember the name of the restaurant or what we ate, but I was suffering from some serious jetlag.
My current drink of choice:
Wine or, when I'm off that, Izze Pomegranate
I really wish I could:
Grill. We desperately need a back porch to put a grill on.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I rarely repeat something twice, but, unless it's the heat of summer, it's usually a braise.
My favorite comfort food:
Meatloaf and mashed potatoes

Frasca (Boulder), Fruition (Denver), Veritas (NYC), Blue Ribbon Brooklyn, and Opera Kallaren Bakfickan (Stockholm)
