Boneless buffalo wings with bleu cheese, or maybe carnitas burritos, or maybe Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches, oh but what about korean BBQ pork belly . . .
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
In Boston- Toro, Estragon. Elsewhere- Fore Street in Portland ME, Black Trumpet Bistro in Portsmouth NH, Osaka in Northampton MA, Yu's Mandarin and Usagi-Ya in Chicagoland.
