Grimaldi's in New Paltz

I agree! We have enjoyed our several visits to the New Paltz Grimadi's. The pizza ingredients are ultra fresh and tasty. We have also found the staff to be
very friendly. Last time we were there, the pizza chef invited us behind the counter to see up close how the coal fired brick oven worked.
Our only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the beer selection a bit.

Unpasteurised Cider Central or Southern New Hampshire

I suggest doing a side by side comparison of unpasteurized cider with UV treated cider from the same farm. To my taste, there is a very significant difference. UV treatment is certainly closer to fresh pressed than heat treatment... but it still alters the taste quite a bit.

Unpasteurized Cider in Vermont?

Some states now require this type of warning label on unpasteurized cider.
Vermont does not,. However, Shelburne Orchards near Charlotte, VT puts the following on the label of their unpasteirized sweet cider: "Warning - This product might actually be healthy for you" ... :-)

Great Hudson Valley Caterer?

I regularly perform at Weddings and have seen (as well as tasted) the offerings of
many Hudson Valley Caterer's. By far, the best food I tasted was from "Gourmet To Go".

Thank you for calling around.... Looks like we are out of luck in this area. On another board, someone posted a link to a page run by Pepsi which allows a search for any Pepsi product within 50 miles of a specified location:

Unfortunately, it appears that Pepsi Throwback and Pepsi Natural are
not currently distributed in MHV or the Capital region.

Pepsi Natural, Throwback or MexiCoke in the Hudson Valley?

Are there any stores in the NY Hudson Valley or Albany Capital area selling Pepsi Throwback, Pepsi Natural or Mexican Coca Cola? I occasionally find Mexican Cokes at small restaurants, but no one selling six packs or more....

Unpasteurized Apple Cider - Where?

Years ago, I used to regulary buy unpasteurized apple cider at local Hudson Valley orchards. The heat pasteurization process results in a significant change in taste.
The recent emergence of ultraviolet pasteurization is much better, but still not quite the same. Does anyone know of places in the Hudson Valley, Capital Region or Western Connecticut where real unpasteurized apple cider can still be purchased? Thanks in advance.
