Roast chicken and fresh cider at Casa Mingo in Madrid...a must if you are ever in the area

James bond martini ...Lillet instead of vermouth

I really wish I could:

change the blades on my hand held food processor without cutting my fingers

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Roast chicken with fresh sage leaves stuffed under the skin and a preserved lemon, half a head of garlic and sea salt in the cavity. Simple but good

Mars Diner on College for a greasy breakfast, Jerusalem for cheap, no-nonsense middle eastern, Splendido when someone else is picking up the cheque, Gio Rannas (ialian comfort food that never fails), Terroni pizza
