Adventurous Anniversary
We had a most romantic anniversary dinner at Pintxo, the upscale basque tapas place near St. Denis. Lots of meat and seafood options, lovely presentation, helpful staff. It's not Vermont so don't expect any tofu or maple syrup, but this Vermont family loved the whole experience!

We celebrated our anniversary with an amazing meal at pintxo this week. The avocado soup, perhaps with a hint of lime, was sublime and refreshing on a hot summer night. The waitstaff could not have been more helpful and provided expert guidance on fish dishes including octapus carpaccio, crab and shrimp with pepper, and marinated sardine. The beet dish also was right on. An elegant, affordable and fun evening.

also unable to find a link. it's still fairly new. i know you're talking breakfast.... the salads are to die for. aside from great eats, there is no more beautiful restroom around!

check out the green goddess cafe in lower stowe village. organic and local. nice vibe as well.
