Love Cafe Du Jour very close to Yo Rita. Its byob as well last time we went spur of the moment and did not have any wine-the did manage to "find" one. Small place with a 4 table back courtyard if its nice out.

Driving from Nyc to Pittsburgh
Just had dinner at out of the fire cafe just off exit 91 on pa turnpike supurb seafood very affordable lunch byob beauful location. Among other things had the soft shell crabs as an appetizer and was informed by mgr Dan that they get them in live and crabs were just cleaned an hour ago! That said on that on it was done tempura think it would be better if you asked for sauteed. Exit 91 (lingoner) of exit there is a T turn right mile on right hand side.

I'm most looking forward to Dinner at Cafe Atchafalaya have been for brunch great and dinner menu looks off the charts. Or could due Cure for Coctails and Atchafalaya for dinner they are only about an mile apart.

Just back from New Orleans-wonderful!
Sanglier had a great lunch last year at Clancy's only down for 3 nights 4 would have been better some tough choices... Not sure if you a music fan but as far as the aftershows I love Tab Benoit thur may 4 but I think the best show might be the Ruthie Foster and Paul Thorn house of blues may 3. I have not been down on Frenchman I a long time......l

I grew up in NJ so have a bit twisted sense of humor, I took a picture about 5 years ago on Airline Highway. There a small sign for Franks Bloody Mary's 2.5 miles. The sign was right next to a cross where someone had died only in New Orleans..... dc

Was in Key Largo last weekend and met someone that said there was a resturant in Naples all you can eat and drink for $50 cash. Watch the boat offload and crab go straight to the kitchen. I forget the name of the place or he forgot to give it to me...

It's hidden inside the prince conti hotel the Bombay Club. Dark Martini bar good food not way over the top. Decorated like someone's den dark woods and comfy leather furniture.

ham hock and bean soup
You could cook the hocks in just chicken stock cool hocks shred them. Put stock in fridge overnight. then pull off the fat cook beans then add hock meat back.
