Thank you, katecm! Do you think I should bake them ahead and rewarm, or just make the batter and bake before serving?
How do you move your chopped vegetables?
Bench Scraper! Saw Sara Moulton using a huge one on her show. As for sauce transfer, use a ladle until most is transferred, then pour remainder into blender.

Need a light dessert that can be made ahead and thinking about meyer lemon budino. Has anyone made this ahead of time? Any other suggestions for make ahead citrus desserts?
