A huge antipasto platter with amazing grilled veg, charcuterie, phenomenal cheeses, and incredible bread; Mac and cheese, pizza, a perfect charcoal grilled burger, a tomato and mayo sandwich (summer field tomatoes, on fresh, crusty sourdough, preferably), or a big juicy aged charcoal grilled rib steak, medium rare, with grilled asparagus, creamy mashed potatoes and a big red wine.
