Best meal I ever ate:
invariably....ones cooked in a home by someone who loves me, lol....ie: mom's new years day dukk mandoo guk, or my friend annie's broiled mackerel and braised gobo root in tokyo, or my baby sister's grilled cheese, you get the idea. And fyi: chain restaurants and menus that have more than 4 pages scare me. I dont care if they have good cheesecake or not.
My current drink of choice:
almond milk at peoplepeople on bayard in chinatown
I really wish I could:
eat mint chocolate chip (only from baskinrobbins) and coffee ice cream from chinatown ice cream factory without any consequences (lactose intolerance included)
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Oh my new fave is Taverna Kleklades (sp?) in Astoria--amazing sides and salad....mitsuwa katsu booth, kati allo's loukaniko, genaro, hasaki, kun jip...i dont know, I cant commit to 5
