Best meal I ever ate:
Fresh fish in Treasure Beach, Jamaica. We rode past the shack in a boat on our way to Black River and our captain shouted out, "Two for lunch." An hour or so later on our way back, they had caught our fish and prepared them perfectly.
My current drink of choice:
Maker's Mark. No exceptions.
I really wish I could:
Retire at 30.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Goat cheese and chorizo stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp.

Mac and cheese.
