Chinese delivery in the District?
Have you try New Destiny on P street or China Cafe on M? I love their Stir-fry dishes. When I need some noodle soup, I always order the Curry Laksa from Nooshi, which is always delicious and super comforting.

I just went lately. Their sashimi is on top-notch quality. Just found out that they do direct delivery from Japan two times a week. Whatever I got was very very fresh. The price was totally reasonable. Me and my husband can't enjoyed it more, we are totally satisfied and are very happy with our food and services. I will definitely go back.
Catering recommendations- office lunch
I always use Dutch Mill catering. They have a big & very flexible menu with good price and good portion. We even order 20 ppl portion to serve 35 ppl in our office party; and still have a lot of food left.

Makoto: worth it?
For this special Kaiseki cuisine, the money totally worth it. It is actually cheap for that kind of quality food compare to anywhere in the world. To me, Kaz is just a very typical restaurant, food is okay good with regular menu, totally got no style in it, not impressive at all. These two restaurant just can't be compared.

Who has the best "steak frites" in town?
I like the Minute steak frites in La Côte D'Or Café, it's located in Fall Church, VA. With it's French Country style decoration, good food and decent price, hope you like this restaurant as much as I do.
Anyone know where to buy bite-size cheesecake?
I used to hunt for those bite-size cheesecake for my husband. I have gone to many places, but I can only find sara-lee in Harris Teeter. I see them in 3 different stores, so good luck with the one that is nearby u.
