Applebee's in South Bay Plaza is closed. The Applebee's sign was removed but the Neighborhood bar and grill sign was left on the building. anyone know what could be opening there?

It appears that JA Stats in the financial district is closed according to a posting on there Facebook page.

It does, however I called the phone number on the sign to see if that was the space. The person mentioned the wine gallery will be moving out in January. So sad, I went to some great education and tasting classes there.

Yes, I had that problem too. I think the wine jukebox is a great setup, and I would usually walk out of there spending more then I wanted too after trying some of those delicious wines.

Drive here from South Boston for great food all the time. The service, food portions, and quality of the food are superb. The Mom and Daughters are super friendly and very helpful to all your needs.

Fresh Tortrilla's in Southie closed. A sign for new Mexican-Chinese take out restaurant opening soon. I am not so sure what kind of concept this will be.
Vapiano Anyone been?
Went to the new restaurant Vapiano on Stuart Street the other day. Had the BBQ chicken pizza which was great. and a Greek salad which had lots of feta cheese on the plate. My friend had Whole wheat pasta with a spicy tomato sauce which was very flavorful.
The concept seems different, and the staff was not 100% on the ball yet, but I think this will be a great new spot. What does everyone else think?

Drove by the Dedham location tonight and it had a big sign saying Closed for Renovations. Do anyone know if this is actually the case or did they close this one for good too?

The whole space is going to be a Pizzeria Regina? Seems like a huge space for a pizza joint.
South Kitchen & Wine Bar Space
It would be nice to have a nice sushi restuarant in that location. But I am glad something is finally opening in that space. I been to the Stats downtown and the food was pretty good.

Legal C Bar Dedham
I was shopping in Legacy Place the other day and saw Legal C Bar is officially open. Looking at the menu the food seems good. The cocktail menu looks good. I like how they use all fresh juices in the mixes. I didn't get to go and check it out yet, but has anyone been? What do you think?
Best Liquor (and wine) Stores in Greater Boston
I love the Wine Gallery. They have a lot of unique wines that are not sold everywhere, that are very good. I also love the wine jukebox, which has about 40 wines you can try before you buy them. It is kinda dangerous, because I can find many wines I like.
The beer selection is quite good too.

Vinny T's of Boston, on Boylston Street is closed. Says to visit a location in Lexington. So does that mean it ican not be called Vinny T's of Boston anymore?
Good cider donuts close to Boston?
That was the best cider donuts I had. I ate the whole bag and felt a little gross after, but they were so hot and yummy.

Old McDonalds by BU. What is opening there?
Walked by the old McDonald's by BU on Comm Ave and saw they were doing lots of work to it. Does anyone know what is opening there? The site has been empty for way too long.
