Too many to narrow it down...going by my favorite restaurants, I'd say the crispy watercress salad, red curry, and pad see ew at Sripraphi (veggie versions), the Fountain BLT and Mother Nature salads at the Oneness (although their pesto omlettes are also fantastic), the fish tacos, queso, and salsa at La Fonda, the brunch (see "favorite comfort food" below) at Ria's, and the Nicoise salad at Carpe Diem
