Impressing prospective Mother in Law!
I am going to Phoenix tomorrow and need to take my prospective mother in law out to dinner. I dont' want her to go too far so does anyone have any gastronomical insight on the Cork N' Cleaver? Or, does anyone have any recommendations for a great meal near there.

Looking for a alternative to Scoma's crab sandwich. My mother is hooked on the sandwich and I am convinced that there must be a another place with a better crab sandwich.

I love Carlos Gardel's and if memory serves me right, they fly their beef in from Argentina. I highly recommend it. The restaurant is named after a very famous Tango singer.
Need Prime Rib and Brownies!
Let me say this, I am a transplanted San Franciscian living in Los Angeles and as the songg goes, "You're going to miss me when I am gone!". This truly is applicable to the House of Prime Rib. I have yet to find anything that comes close.

Best Place for Dessert in Pasadena on Saturday Night?
I highly recommend the coco crepe at Parkway Grill. The desciption is a lobster stuffed crepe topped with coco powder. It sounds rather odd but believe me, definitely worth trying.
Sushi in Pasadena?
Japon Bistro which also has greal Sake and Soju (?). Also try A's on Fairoaks which is alot more cozy since you snuggle with stranges at the sushi bar. Fumito (when in a good mood) is a wonderful sushi chef.

Your favorite ravioli filling?
My favorite filling is butternyt squash. It has great texture and bright orange.
Very good but make sure you use real nutmeg!

Zero deli in S.F! Have you tried Sorrento's on Mission. Now when you say Deli, do you mean Jewish Deli or Italian Deli? There is a dffernce. For great Italian meats try Sorrento. With respect to L.A and Greek, would highly recommend Ulysses in the Farmers Market. You have atmosphere and very good Greek food.
