Thanks ESNY, much appreciated. Will check them all out. Must admit to keeping within 10-15 min walk of hotel mainly due to time of year (i doubt it will be warm and sunny!) and not being familiar with the city. But once we get our bearings no doubt our adventurous nature will take over. Thanks again for your time.

Thank you, not sure how i picked it either, sort of looking at a bit of everything and had heard the margaritas were good! We are over for my better halfs birthday and plan to go to Keens on that night. Staying on e34th tween 3 and lex. Generally american/mex/indian/italian/pizza but not chinese/sushi. Have looked at lots as i have already had a few recommends including Artisanal which sems very popular. Thanks for your help which is much appreciated.

As a 1st time visitor (end Feb) i am still being a hunter and gatherer of information! Thanks for all the info provided on my last board of places to feed my hunger around e34th.
Do you need to book in advance for everywhere - talking about 6.30 to 7pm evenings - or are there only certain places where you would have no chance of eating without a booking. Thinking of places like Keens, El Rio Grande, Dimple, Benjamin's, Notaro for example.
We have 4 nights to eat - Wed to Sat. Thanks

We are visitng NYC 1st time end of feb and staying E34th street. Only 2 of us - any tips on places to try for breakfast and dinner? Anything but sushi considered! Cheers from across the pond.
