yES....LAYER THEM...BETWEEN EACH LAYER USE A HANDFULL OF KOSHER SALT, OLD BAY AND BLACK PEPPER AND USE A LOT OF IT
YOU NEED ALOT BECAUSE THE STEAM......WET SOME NEWSPAPER AND PLACE IN JUST UNDER THE LID AND COOK FOR 30 MINS...I'VE DONE THIS 100'S OF TIMES.
What do you think fried chicken is?
My Son owns a Restaurant in Ga. and buys onlly 2 1/2 lb. chickens He fries them in pressure fryer after using a buttermik soak, plain flour, salt, black pepperand not one other thing.
The chickens are always fresh, never frozen. he serves several hunderd dinners every day and its a southern thing. Pressure fryers cook great chicken, always done always uniform. Folks drive 50 mils to eat his recipie.
Cooking a 7 rib prime rib (bone in)
Help....... I'm cooking for several people and half eat rare meat & some eat medium and one eats it well. I have a great convection that will cook it perfect..but how do get all the orders correct out of one rib roast? I dont want to pan fry any, its ruins the color and texture.

IT'S SO FRESH AND THE COUNTER HELP KNOWS WHEN IT CAME IN AND FROM WHERE.......I DON'T THINK IT WAS ANY MORE PRICEY THAN A GOOD FISHMARKET. FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL IN FISH AND WOMEN DOSEN'T COME CHEAP

The best selection of flown in fish that is fresh fresh and a great variety is inside the Atlanta Fish Market. Walk straight in to the back a turn right...it's the best in the USA
