My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Something with tahini - hummus or sesame noodles. Or something from the farmers market, simply prepared with good salt and olive oil.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
In Boston: Neptune Oyster, Muqueca, Angela's Cafe, and whatever Pho spot I am into this month.
My most tattered cookbooks:
I read lots, but the Joy of Cooking (New Ed.) and Deborah Madison's Local Flavors get the most play. Favorite cookbook title that is also a great book - "I am almost always hungry." Currently cooking out of Thomas Keller's "Bouchon" quite a bit.
