FN & Le Creuset: See all the hosts that use it now?
It’s all about sponsorship. The shows use equipment from whoever/whatever the current sponsors are. That being said, it is quite possible that Food Network worked out a deal for a general sponsorship from Le Creuset for all of it in-house produced shows. The independent show would have workout their own deals. That is why you see equipment change from time to time.
Best and worst cooking show set designs
The Tyler's Ultimate kitchen is a reproduction of Tyler's actual kitchen. He shot the pilot for the show in his apartment and FN liked the look so much they recreated it in the studio.
Need pre-flight sandwich for Orlando flight.Help me hounds
You are out of luck on a Sunday morning. I would recommend a sub from the Publix deli.
Spicy Food in Orlando, FL
Passage to India or Kohinoor should fit your bill. Both have very good and spicy (if you ask) food. I always have a mango lassi when I go to put out the flames.
Hollywood florida eats
Well soon as you said "hole in the wall" and "good eats" I thought of Le Tub on Hollywood Beach. They are known for their burgers which I highly recommend. Also, try the seafood gumbo and key lime pie. Fair warning though, they are not cheap and they ONLY TAKE CASH.

Blue stains on stainless steel pots...
I use Bar Keepers Friend and a Scotch Bright sponge. It has kept my 7 year old SS cookware looking brand new.
Any good Fish&Chips places in Orlando?
I don't know about the best, but Paddy Murphy's has a good one.

The name is Grouper & More if you are trying to look them up.
Orlando Help
If you want French I would recommend Le Coq Au Vin. You will find it at 4800 S. Orange Ave., Orlando 407-851-6980.
Vacuum Sealers
Some models allow you to choose preset vacuum methods. Wet, dry, pulse, and crush free. None allow you to set a specific time. I do have one and love it. Check with Costco if you have a membership. That is where I bought mine and it was the lowest price that I found. The same goes for the bags.
The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park -- great new place!
I had the pleasure of eating lunch at The Ravenous Pig yesterday. I had the Farmer salad and the Porchetta Panini. Both were outstanding! The salad had in-house cured bacon that was amazing and real (not the box would have tasted better) croutons. The pork on the Panini was so succulent that I know the pig had to be in love. It was served with fries that came from an actual potato and not some industrial process.
This place is a definite keeper. Somebody in that kitchen cares.

looking for genuine "Made in Korea" fish sauce
You should be able to find it at one of the Korean markets at 441 and Sheridan St in Hollywood. If I remember correctly one of the names is Soo and Sons.
Grocers in/near Orlando
If you are looking for Polish then try Europol Polish Deli (407-678-0909) in Winter Park. It is in the shopping center at the SW corner of Semoron and Aloma.

South Florida - The Best Burger?
Le Tub, Hollywood Beach
I lived in Hollywood for 10 years. I've always said that they had the best long before they found national fame. Just one persons opinion.
Not-to-be-missed Food Festivals?
Polish Festival in Baltimore. It is June 1, 2, 3 this year. Also, South Beach (Florida) Food and Wine Festival but forget going this year Febuary 21, 22, 23. You have to plan and get tickets at least a year in advance. http://www.sobewineandfoodfest.com/
Looking for Blood Oranges in South Florida
I have seen them at Whole Foods in Aventura.
Food Network
I've have always wondered how much they charge to put your place or product on this show. Talk about an infomercial.
