Right now it's a toss up between my 30th b-day dinner at Babbo and a recent meal at Chez Panisse.
My current drink of choice:
Makers Mark Manhattan, straight up.
I really wish I could:
Eat whatever I wanted with NO consequence... i.e weight gain, cholesterol etc.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Roast chicken with Potatoes Anna or Osso Bucco with Wild Mushroom Risotto

Rice, beans, pepper steak and ripe fried plantains(Dominican food)
