Could anyone help me understand the "Singapore noodle " dish served at this " home style vietnamese cooking" establishment on Detroit Road in Cleveland , Ohio? The Minh Anh version of this traditional noodle dish included some form of mycological stems, baby sweet corn, shredded carrots, and a mixture of rather tepid farm raised shrimp ( three wee prawns) , pork, and chicken. No peppers present red, green, jalepno, thai, or otherwise, scallions and corriander absent as well. An absurd amount of soggy bean sprouts, a few rice noodles and no curry to speak of. I have enjoyed this dish in Europe and America , though have never had such a unique version. Help?
