Best meal I ever ate:

It's a toss between a private dinner served by Susur or an impromptu dinner in low season in Niagara'a queen landings. We also had a great tapas night at home around the oven using flown in olive oil froma private Greek orchard and vegetable selectionspicked on the spot from my organic garden.

My current drink of choice:

With the right music, I`ll drink just about anything.

I really wish I could:

Get more time off, smoke a spliff with Anthony Bourdain.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Oysters, foie gras, confi, slow cooked lamb, brick oven pizz, thai and indian.

Tartiflette
