Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice Recipe? [moved from L.A. board]
I know how to make the Spicy Tuna, but I can't figure out those crispy rice cakes from Katsu-Ya and all the other restaurants that now serve em. If anyone knows how to make them, please let me know. It would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there. I keep hearing that certified Wild American Shrimp or wild caught shrimp has a superior taste to the farmed shrimp that is so readily available out here. Has anyone come across any? I looked online at wildamericanshrimp.com and they have a few online resources but you have to buy a minimum of 5lbs. which is fine but the shipping is an additional 50+ dollars. Anyway, if anyone has come across any, let me know. Thank you.
Nice size roasting Chickens On Westside?
Hello all. I am having fine luck finding 3-4 pount roasting chickens but when I get to 5-7 pound roasters I'm running into trouble...Whole Foods doesn't have them and Gelson's is 18.00 for a 6 pounder. Anyone know a good source for chickens in Santa Monica or West LA area? If not, I'm willing to drive to find em. Thanks for your help.
