Cape Cod/Nantucket Recomendations
Will be taking a day trip to both Cape Cod and Nantucket, looking for recomendations. Would really like to find a good lobster/lobster roll and some chowder for lunch and some thing different for dinner. Not going to pin it down to one style food, and not looking for any place fancy. Just a cool place to get some good food, bonus points for a great friendly atmosphere.
Stoughton Recomendations
Friends are moving to Stoughton from Lowell. I visit them 5 or so times a year. I am looking for any and all recommendations for places to check out in the area. Are there any "must see" locations? My tastes are varied but I deffinitly have a soft spot for good deli's and my friends love Italian. But all recommendations for all meals of the day will be appreciated, and eventually checked out. Information about other towns close by is appreciated also.
Stoughton Recommendations
Thanks, wasn't sure about posting on the Boston board but will give that a try. My friends husband works in Brookline and they wanted to find a place in Sharon but couldn't. Will check out Charlies on my next visit.

Outside dinning in Richmond
Yeah, I used to go when it was Accapella and also had some friends who worked in the Pub. I just don't know anything about the quality of the food now.
Outside dinning in Richmond
Looking for ideas for places to take a group (10-12) that has a nice outside dinning area. We have done Beauregard's Thai Room and love there courtyard but would like to branch out. I am not looking for a patio right in front of a bar/restaurant on a busy street (like Main, Robinson ect).. Lookig for something a bit more unique and interesting. We like BTR because it feels like you are not even in Richmond, kind of like a mini get-a-way. As all ways all sugestions we be appreciated.
Thanks
Patrick Henry Inn, Richmond
Looking for any and all reviews of the Patrick Henry Inn in Church Hill. I am thinking about going there with a group of friends to dine in there courtyard/patio this month but have not heard anything about the food/prices/service etc.
Thanks
Breakfast near North Station
Will be flying into Logan on a Saturday morning and will have about a hour and a half to kill near North station . I am looking for a good breakfast spot, I am willing to walk a bit as long as I have time to eat.
Food in Richmond? Whats local favorite
I have to add Tarrants on Broad street, and Bauregards Thai (warm evening sitting in the court yard is wonderful) There is also a Best sandwich in Richmond thread that you might want to check out.
Sushi in Richmond
I get the feeling that we could hit 2 sushi places a month and after a year still have places to try! Have heard really mixed reviews about Niwanohana, and a lot of people don't know that it's not Hana Zushi any longer. Last time I was there it was still Hana and it was great. As stated above I have decided to try the new small place in Carytown this evening, will post comments in the next couple of days.
Sushi in Richmond
Thanks, actually going to swing by Momotaro sometime today and see if they could seat us (maybe push some tables together), may be pushing my luck but the more I read about it the more interested I am and I like to support new neighborhood places.
Sushi in Richmond
Basically, the size of the group. I have been wanting to try Momotaro since I can walk there in about 5 minutes from my house but wasn't sure about the quatily etc. Also it is a tiny place, not sure about getting a group in. What were the prices like at Osaka?
Sushi in Richmond
Going with a group of about 8, so Akida on Robinson is out. Any suggestions about good sushi places. We all live near the Fan area but travel to downtown/westend etc is not an issue.
Chow in Fall River Mass.?
Thanks! The more I read this board the more I am leaning toward FR as opposed to New Bedford if I get the position in New Bedford (I have to be able to get home on my lunch break) Will keep researching.
Chow in Fall River Mass.?
That's informative, but not really helpful. Do you have places you would suggest, just don't eat out in FR? I know it's an old thread, but I may be moving to the area so I am trying to get as much info as possible.
New Bedford chow
May have a job offer in New Bedford and was wondering about the restaurant "scene" if there is one. I will also be in the area about a week before Thanksgiving and am planing a day trip. Anything worth while to check out while in New Bedford?
Thanks
Breakfast/Lunch in Providence
Thanks for the tips, and yes it had to be a Monday but I may get to go back next month. Had breakfast at Julian's, it was great. Had a thee weeping toreador omelet with a side of blue cheese and spinach hash. Would recommend to friends and plan on going back if ever in the area (thinking about moving to Providence in the distant future). Will give Nick's a try if in town when they are open.
Breakfast/Lunch in Newport, RI
Spending the day in Newport and looking for suggestions. Pretty open minded about cuisine styles. I imagine some of the places in Newport can be pricy, so looking for mid-range pricing.
Thanks
Breakfast/Lunch in Providence
Going to be on a Monday so Nick's is out, thanks for the suggestions.
Breakfast/Lunch in Providence
Spending the day in Providence and i am looking for some suggestions on breakfast and lunch places. Money is not really a concern and I am really open minded about types/styles/regions of food. Also looking for some advice on what would be a good way to kill an afternoon in Providence, have been to the canal and Roger Williams Park (but not the zoo).
Thanks
Lunch in Worcester
My friend has a meeting in Worcester that ends around noon (Monday). We are then heading to Boston to do the touristy thang. Looking for an interesting place in Worcester to get lunch. We are both open minded, but would prefer something moderatly priced but cool/memorable (in a good way). Have about two weeks, so I can give more details to anyone if necessary.
Good places in Richmond for groups
Not interested in any certain type of food, just looking to get out and try new places. While most of us live in the Fan area, we have nothing against branching out to other areas of town. It's easier to get people motivated if it's a group thing vs 3-4 people.
Just got back from Edo's, it was great and we had a wonderful time and fairly resonable!
Wil check out all of your recomendations, Thanks for the advice.
Good places in Richmond for groups
Starting a dinner club type event for my friends and I. I am looking for restaurants that can handle agroup of 12-16 peolpe all at the same table or at least two tables of 6-8 people. Price is not that big of a deal, food and service are more important. We are starting out at Edo's and I all ready know about Mama Zu's.
Thanks
Good Eats in Lowell
Going to be in Lowell for about a week, anyplace thats a must visit? I know this is wide open, but so are my taste's. All sugestions appreciated!
Jewish Deli near Lowell
Yeah, I kind of figured that, but it never hurts to ask. My friend works in Brookline so he all ready knows about the places there. Thanks anyway.
Jewish Deli near Lowell
Looking for a good Deli (Jewish/New York style) near Lowell. Visiting friends who are jewish and love those type of places (I do too!), but with two young kids and work etc, they don't get a chance to get out and explore food sites like I can. Thanks
Good Lobster Shack
Heading up to Lowell for a week to visit some friends and I am looking for a good place to have lobster. Prefer to be outside, near or on the ocean, maybe up route1A or something similar. The place doesn't have to be fancy, just looking for good food (Lobster, steamers etc).
Breakfast/Lunch
Wound up taking a later flight than planned (for a free round trip ticket, cha-ching) so no breakfast. Went to Rami's for lunch, thanks for the tip it was great, will be going back. did not try the shwarma, had the houmos, will try the shwarma next time. Thanks again
Breakfast/Lunch
Not sure which neighborhood but can find out. Will be meeting my friend at the Trader Joes if that helps.
