I tried the Farmer's Cart organic delivery service

That's an excellent link, I found out about the South Central Farmers Co-Op via Local Harvest. Thanks!

Quality restaurant for Work Christmas dinner?

Just out of curiosity, Hounds, anyone else got any ideas?

O-Bar looked perfect, but I wanted to see if there was a slightly more upscale, less clubby, option.

Thanks again.

Well Emme, looks like you hit the nail on the head. O-bar is perfect. Thank you. =)

Quality restaurant for Work Christmas dinner?

Hello Hounds!

I am responsible for planning my work's Christmas dinner on Dec 15th.

Past locations have included Gladstones & Pacific Dining Car.

The group should be between 10-20 people, and not particularly restaurant savvy bunch. (We are at a music school, so I would have to kindly remind the staff not to wear shorts to our dinner.) =)

I'd like to find a place that will be a bit more advanced than the restaurants above, while remaining less expensive than two options I have been considering (Cut, Patina)

We are located in Hollywood, but are able to drive as far as Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Long Beach (Well, maybe not LB unless it's a must-dine)

I am the hippest member of my staff, so I'd like to give everyone an exciting, special dining night out, with a menu that is entirely devoid of 100+ dollar items. =)

As an added factor, the staff loves to drink, so I would really like a place with an excellent, progressive bar menu. Fresh Fruit Juices, herb-infused liquors, etc.

It would be optimal to have the drinks & food available at the same place, but if there is a perfect restaurant near a bar that serves the type of drinks I'm describing, we will be happy to mosey from one spot to the other after dinner.

Thank you so much in advance, your collective knowledge is excellent to have access to!

Thanks,

-Ryan O.
