Did you bake in a 9"X9" pan. Were you bananas large. My pan filled to the top and when I baked it burned and smoked up the whole house.

The food TV recipe didn't work for me. It overllowed the pan and burned all over the oven. I knew better when I put it in the pan, but tend to follow instructions. What a mess.

cheese shop in Lehigh Valley area?
The Allentown Farmer's Market has a cheese stand, but Wegman's has a large selection. I would ask each if they would get what you are looking for. What are you looking for?
Asian markets in the Lehigh Valley?
It was the one reference above.40 miles from Allentown, well worth it once in a while.

I would not go to Wegman's for Asian. You wouldn't believe what they have at this place and the food counter is worth the trip. Perhaps the traffice won't be so bad with $4.00 gas!
Asian markets in the Lehigh Valley?
There is a large Asian market below Hatboro off of 309. Their are many small markets in the Allentown area. One in Fullertown that gets a shipment from New York every Saturday morning and one near the Allentown Library with a large produce selection. I had some friends that had exchange students and they loved the one down 309. It is amazing. I'll check if they remember the name.
Pressure Cooking Tips and Advice?
Pick up some of the Lorna Sass cookbooks. Used on Amazon would be fine. I think they are the best. In new ones are safe, I like the Kuhn Rikon, but loaned it to my son and am having trouble getting it back. I don't want to spend the $ for another, if I'm not sure he will continue to use it. I really like my pressure cooker. My first I got from my mom because of the ceiling thing.

Thanks, someone asked me and I was having trouble coming up with some that would be outstanding. LoBaido's would be my pick. It seems that places that have outstanding food aren't BYOB in the Valley.
