Park City, Utah ideas
We ended up going to Chimayo. It was one of the better experiences that I have had. They did have a fixed price, 3 course menu that we were not aware of for $75 a person (Sundance), but it was worth it.

Hey fellow hounds. I am looking to go here in a couple of weeks, but I would like to at least take a glance at the menu for options and prices before I went. I can't find a menu or price range on the Venetian site. Any answer would be appreciated
DFW - Best Burger
I second Twisted Root. It is the best burger I have had in town. Great specialty burgers, good fries, and even specialty root beer that changes every couple of days. Also, try the spicy pickles on the counter.
