I'm planning to host a shower for a friend when we're in Puerto Vallarta for a long weekend in January. There will be about 15 girls - any suggestions for a restaurant with a great view and menu and maybe a private room?

Uchi has an omakase option - about 9 courses with dishes from the sushi bar and kitchen. I think it ranges from about $160 to $200 per night.

I love Lamberts' patio for lunch (2nd and Guadalupe). In addition to yummy barbecue, salads and other fare, they have big green umbrellas to shield you from the sun - plus free parking at City Hall.
