Frasca in Boulder--Overrated!
Horrible acoustics, annoying wait staff and arrogant owner/sommelier. Food was very good, but portions were TINY. Lots of good places around w/ excellent food, but with much better atmosphere and service. Don't bother.

why cant americans make cheese ?
If you have access to a Whole Foods Market, you will find a very nice selection of high-quality cheeses.
