Looking for really good Chinese food near Club Soda (tonight).

Thank you, both! I ended up going to Bon Blé Riz. Excellent! My only 'complaint' was that the won tons were too gingery, but that's just my taste. The rest was fantastic.

Looking for really good Chinese food near Club Soda (tonight).

We'll be with two kids, and we're looking for a Chinese resto within easy walking distance of Club Soda.

Thanks!

Sunday breakfast, near the Royal York?

I swear by Epic's breakfast buffet, but it's sadly only served Mon-Fri (the York version in the basement isn't the same, somehow). Any suggestions for a great place near the hotel, must be kid-friendly, too.

Thanks!

Something nice, in the west end?

That's a fantastic idea, I had forgotten about that place. Thank you!

Something nice, in the west end?

I'm taking a friend out for dinner, and I'd like some ideas of a nice place (think Lemeac) but in the west end, and it has to have parking available.

Thanks!

Sushi place with conveyor belt in montreal?

My kids have been loving sushi since they were 4!

As for the conveyor belts, yes, they're all over Japan, that's just the way it's done.

Can I get someone's take on Liverpool House?

Dinner around PDA?

Hi everyone,

I've got an out of town guest this week, and we're heading out to see the Nutcracker this weekend, with two kids in tow (5 and 8). Dinner's on me, so I'm looking for some recommendations, keeping in mind three things:

- Dinner will have to be relatively quickly served, the show's at 7

- I'm footing the bill, so something easy on my wallet.

- No chain restaurants, please.

Thanks again for all of your help!

Japanese grocery?

Thank you all!

Japanese grocery?

Hello,

I'm looking for a place that sells Japanese food/grocery items like rice crackers, Furikake (rice seasonings), etc...in the Montreal area or south shore.

Thanks!

Heading to Quebec City next weekend

Merci beaucoup!

Heading to Quebec City next weekend

Staying at the Fairmont, what would you recommend within walking distance? I love everything except for Thai. In Mtl, I adore Joe Beef, Garde Manger, etc..and it has to be a place where two well-behaved kids would feel comfortable. The kids love sushi.

Thank you!

La Moulerie?

I've seen only two posts (from 2006) about this place on Bernard, one says it's good, the other says it's gotten not-so-good reviews.

Has anyone been there in the last couple of months? Is it any good?

Thanks!

Picnic in a park?

All around Beaver Lake on Mount Royal, or if you want to venture a bit south, Angrignon Park in Lasalle is really nice, too (free or very cheap parking at the door, and the metro station a few feet away).

Moishe's?

Thank you!

Moishe's?

Wow, not a popular resto, eh?

Moishe's?

I haven't been to Moishe's in years, can I get some feedback from people who have been there recently? Any standout dishes? Anything to avoid? Prices? Thanks.

Quick! Need help with Ottawa restaurants that deliver

Hi, I'm looking for a bowl of noodle soup, from a restaurant that will deliver (in the Chateau Laurier area).

Thanks!
