Stellar Chinese catering for buffet or food station reception?
Would love to make my Chinese family (and Chinese-food-loving fiancee) happy by having my wedding reception feature phenomenal Chinese food but do not want the reception in a Chinese restaurant nor do I want a formal sit down dinner. Any chance anyone wants to make my day with a suggestion for superb, non-banquet-style Chinese catering? (Ideally, passed appetizers and food stations) No point in doing only competent Chinese food...would rather have amazing food than a culturally-sensitive-but-only-ok-food event :)
