Too difficult to choose, I've had many memorable meals. Part of the foods we savour are based on the company they are shared with.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Depends on the theme of the party -roasted chicken for Sunday supper, chile for a warm winter get together; awesome marinated meat from a little Mexican market close to our house served with authentic soft taco fixins. This meat is incredible when grilled over mesquite wood - it get nice and crispy and ther are NEVER any lefovers!
My favorite comfort food:
"Nonni's Chicken" braised chicken with tomatoes, onions and herbs served with crispy polenta
