I was at a friend's bithday and she served this fabulous rich red colored sauce that had a sweetness to it but overbearing. She said it's a "family" recipe so will not disclose any of the ingriedients. It was very dark deep red and smooth as can be. She served it with buffalo meatmalls. I am dying to re-create the sauce at home. Please let me know if you have a killer sauce/gravy recipe that this may be. Thanks much!

The BEST guac recipe is by Rick Bayless. He adds bacon and Chipotles in adobo sauce. Trust me I will never make a diff one again.

I had the luxury of being a guest at Rubee100 home on T-day and must say The stuffing is the most diving stuffing I have ever had! I wanted to replicate it at home 2 days later but my husband opted for sausage stuffing.

The zuni brnaided raisins with brie was amazing as well.

Nice reviews. Just went to Bianco's the other night since about a year hiatus. It was okay..antipasto too pricey ($15) for what it was. Pizza was good but I see your view on the hype.

Do you have any updates of restaurants for Long Beach or Huntingon Beach? looking for where the locals eat..Good mex, italian, asian, I consider myself a foodie so just really good food for all meals and cocktails or wine as well. BYOB is welcome.
